Product Returns
At AHSafety.com, we expect you to ne completely satisfied with every item you order. If for any reason you are not, call us within 30 days and we will issue a credit, send a replacement, or refund your money. Items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be freight prepaid and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization number please call Customer Service at 800-522-7554.
Items that are supplied from Fisher Scientific and VWR Scientific are subject to their respective return policies. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Certain items such as refrigerated items, Difco media and Chemicals are non-returnable, unless deemed defective by the manufacturer. Items returned without authorization will not be issued a credit
Delivery
Most items are in stock and will be shipped out within 24 hours. Next Day, Second Day and messenger delivery are available at additional charge. Orders requesting expedited delivery at checkout must be placed by 11am CST and are subject to stock availability. Certain items that require special handling or shipping will be subject to additional charges. FOB: Chicago, IL USA
Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Terms of Net 30 days are available with approved credit. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% interest charge.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing on this site is accurate but occasionally discrepancies will occur. In those cases, American Health & Safety is not bound to honor pricing displayed on the site.

Web Rewards
We reserve the right to provide items that are similar in function to those items offered as rewards. You are responsible to adhering to the policies set forth by your company or agency regarding gifts. All customers who are receiving a web reward will be asked to confirm the above statement at checkout. If you do not confirm by checking the confirmation box at checkout the reward will not be added to the order.
